Apex background process

I found an article https://diveintoapex.com/2023/05/08/page-processing-power-unchained/ written by Steve Muench ( @steve-muench-oracle ) about a long running process in the background, but couldn't install the demo file ( I got error ‘File is not a valid Oracle APEX application export file.’ ). Anyone manage to install it ? I am running on APEX 24.2.2.
