Hi!
I have a strange issue in one of our APEX environments where we are using the social sign-on feature to authenticate against Azure AD. It works in all other environments except production (unfortunately..), but we cannot find any logical explanation to why it fails in this specific environment.
APEX correctly calls Azure and authentication seems to succeed, but when the browser session is directed back to APEX (via the configured redirect URL in Azure) we get a HTTP request timeout error (see below).
In approx. 1 out of 4 or 5 times the redirection goes through - but most times it just gets timeout. I would really appreciate any good ideas on how to trouble-shoot this. Especially the fact that it succeeds if attempting the login a few times in succession puzzles me. Initially I suspected some network security settings preventing the call-back in the affected environment, but since it works sometimes I have ruled that out.
