I am having a question regarding to the audit inside APEX. So, if do any code change inside APEX application inside a page and also if make any changes to Procedures or functions how can we get to know all of these changes at a granular level. Also if an end user is using the application is APEX going to identify if it is an Backend Change by the developer or the user using the application.
