Apex application opening in Popup instead of new window

Hi Group,

Can any one guide me how to make the apex application one in a window instead of Popup. Currently when i open the apex application from my EBS it gets open in a popup.

In function Properties I have chosen : "SSWA plsql function that opens a new window (Kiosk Mode)"

When I am trying to Chose "SSWA plsql function" it saves that time but automatically changes to "Database Provider Portlet" that is the first value in

Looking forward for the advise.
