APEX application maintenance page

Hi,

I am working with APEX 5.0.0.

After login to a given application, I am redirected to the Home page.

How can I implement to redirect the user to a page "Application under maintenance" if I want to block the use of the application dus to maintenance.

The Home page is automatically the first page that a use se after login.
