APEX Application Export / Import with large size (>30MB)

Hi APEX Team,

Could you please help me out on below query.

Query:

We have got two environments (DEV, TEST) were made in different work spaces in single apex instance. Our application size is 40MB. when we are promoting application (export / import)from one workspace to another work space, it is not working. Session failing up and showing page expire notice. Some times it's getting failed.

How can import the application in to another workspace with app size is more than 30 MB. I have tried till 30MB things are working fine. after that we are facing issues.
