APEX application ALIAS not working anymore.

Upgraded an in-house application and installed it in production. Now the old alias doesn't work anymore. I checked the main page and it's still there.

Expecting p_company or wwv_flow_company cookie to contain security group id of application owner.
Error ERR-7620 Could not determine workspace for application ().
OK

How do I fix this?
