Apex and ORDS Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) Icons a

Hello Everybody

I have just install Oracle Apex 18.2.0.00.12 and configured with ORDS. All seems to be well, we can create work spaces etc but I have a problem with icons not appearing and developer tools is giving me the following errors.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

/i/themes/theme_42/1.2/less/theme/Vita.less:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

app-icon.css:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I have reinstalled ORDS and re run java -jar ords.war validate.

I used this tutorial to complete the install.
