Apex advisor / search error

Hi,

Dose any one know this problem of apex advisor and search (i m using apex 18.1):

-I got this ora when i try to execute perform check or a search for an item when the result is more than one (ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows Contact your application administrator.)
