Hello All,

I'm new to APEX and was halfway through creating an app when I had to  stop and restart.

Upon restart, I tried logging into the admin section again and got the following error

after using URL http://localhost:9020/apex/apex_admin

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to localhost:9020

Ran "select dbms_xdb.gethttpport from dual" and got 9020.

I changed nothing else during any part of the development and am wondering what could have caused

the change and how I can rectify it. I explicitly set the port number to 9020 when I ran apxconf.sql during the install and everything worked fine for two days until I restarted the machine.
