We have upgraded our APEX applications from 4.0.2 to 5.0.3.
In APEX 4, we have many reports that are using the default reports layouts, for example: [default: HTML], [default: Look 1][default: Look 2][default: Look 3][default: Look 4].
When you search the theme report templates in APEX 4 and APEX 5, you will not find report template for the default templates above, but it is working fine in APEX 4.
Once we upgraded to APEX 5, we noticed all reports templates are set to point to [default: HTML], and there is no report template option for [default: Look 1][default: Look 2][default: Look 3][default: Look 4].
This caused all our reports templates to look odd.
The strange thing, in APEX 5 help, when click on help for report template option, you will continue see the default look 1, 2 , 3, 4 templates in help popup, but there is no option to select them.
I also checked the apex.oracle.com free workspaces, and same issue there, there is no option to select default look 1,2,3,4.
Can you please help? Why these report templates are missed? is there a way to return them back?
FYI, the workaround solution we have is to inspect the HTML output from previous APEX 4 report templates and try to reinvent the wheel by creating those templates in new APEX 5 workspace.
Appreciate your help.
