APEX 5: Universal Theme - strange align of fields

Hi experts,

I have a little problem with align of some items.

If I set Item Width in Region to Stretch Form Fields and place some fields above another with different column span. It is not perfectly aligned.

Have a look: (both labels are set to span of 2 columns)

I think that it is due to .col col-12 vs .col col-14 class width percentage of entire row.

Is it possible to align it correctly ?
