APEX 5 mailto with attachment

I want to start the default email-application with an attachment.

I use

"Redirect to URL"

with

mailto:person_to@gmail.com &cc=person_cc@gmail.com&subject=My subject&body=MyBody

Then OutLook opens, a new mail is created with all item filled correctly.

So far so good.

But I also want an attachment in this mail.

Is that possible with "Redirect to URL" and mailto:...
