APEX 5, how to change success message position ?

Hi,

Within APEX 5 using the universal theme is there a way to move the position where the default success message appears (this is the green box that confirms an action). ?

The reason for this is that the success message appears over several buttons in the page and the user is disgruntled by this.

There was an exact same question to this here. But it was unanswered. Can anyone help on this ?
