Apex 5, Changing Universal Theme Accent Colours

Hello,

Is it possible to change the region 'Accent' colours as found under Template Options, the default ones don't go well with my colour scheme. I have played around with Custom CSS in the Theme Roller without much success, but that may not even be the correct place to change these colours.

I'm using Apex 5.0.3.00.03 on 12C.
