Apex 5 - Can the Shuttle separator be changed from ':' to something else?

Hi,

I am trying to use the Apex 5 built in Shuttle for a list with elements that contain ':' which is the default separator and that is causing processing issues.

I couldn't find any property/option to define a different Shuttle separator, is there any and I just overlook it?
