APEX 5.1 space between columns in form

Hello

I am trying to re-arrange multiple columns in one line but I am seeing huge space between columns is there a way to customized these ?

I see some suggestion to insert start and stop HTML type , but I don't see that type in APEX 5.1, any help is appreciated.
