APEX 5.1 - Object Browser is not showing any Table/ View/ other SQL objects

Hi,

I am facing a strange issue. We recently migrated to 5.1 from 5.0 and since then when I am browsing Oracle Apex's Object Browser interface, I could not see any Table/ views / SQL objects for selected Schema.

Although these SQL objects Exist and able to see and browse them from Query Builder & Find Tables/views option via "SQL Command"

This is happening only for my account, my mates are able to see these objects when they are accessing "Object Browser".

Please advise...
