APEX 5.1 - how to force an item to UPPER case?

Hi,

I have a form in APEX 5.1 and the requirement for one of my fields is to force it uppercase on the user entry. I am not a programmer. What is the simplest way to do this? Please be very specific. This is on a two page master detail on the master ( on page two).
