Is this discussion forum best place to report apex bugs?
I detected two of them, I can reproduce them in apex public workspaces:

- In page edit mode, if you active two pane mode and you try to open page edit in a new tab, then page edit tab in second pane is not active, you must manually click it to become active. In first pane a random tab becomes active.

2. In universal theme, in sample database application:
If you resize the window, you shrink it to minimum, then to max, and then you strech it menu hints lose their css style, and menu hints should not be visible in strech devices:
