APEX 5.1 advisor bug with dynamic action / set value / PL/SQL function body?

Hi,

I am facing a problem with the Advisor in APEX 5.1.3.

In a dynamic action the advisor brings an error message for "set value" with PL/SQL Function body.

Removing begin and end does not solve the problem.

In the windows itself there is no error message. In APEX 4.2 there is no message from the advisor.

For me it looks like a bug.

Any ideas?
