Apex 5.1.4 - JET Charts not rendering

Hi,

I've installed last version of APEX (5.1.4) and I'm not able to see any charts on pages that i'm creating.

Though that I did something wrong there, but when i've installed "Sample Charts" app from packaged apps - no charts are visible in that app too.

Any advice on what should I check? Thanks.

ADD:

Forgot to mention - i can perfectly see all charts rendering on Sample Charts which is located at https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=10800 ,so it doesn't look as some browser-specific problem.
