APEX 5.1.2 Iframe content not displaying in Chrome or Firefox ( works in IE)

I can not get the contents of APEX called with iframe scripting to display in Chrome and Firefox. It works find in all versions of IE; however when Chrome/Firefox is used it shows a broken face and an error. Any ideas is this a browser setting or Apex compatibility issue?
