APEX 5.0 Customising Universal Theme beyond the Theme Roller

Hi all,

We are just starting to build new apps in APEX 5 and the Universal Theme and the Theme Roller is a fantastic leap forward.

This is a real newbie question . If I want to make some changes to the look and feel beyond what theme roller can achieve, such as positioning the logo on the right of the Navigation Bar rather than the left, what is the recommended best practice to achieve such a change? Bear in mind that I would like to preserve the upgradability of the Universal Theme in the future.
