APEX 5.0 2 Day Tutorial

Hi guys,

When I started working in APEX a few years back, I did the Oracle 2 day tutorial located here http://docs.oracle.com/database/121/TDPAX/toc.htm. This appears to reference a pre APEX 5.0 version.

We have some new developers who will be starting out with APEX 5 and I was just wondering if there was a similar tutorial for APEX 5 available that anyone can recommend.
