Apex 4 Software Download

I have been doing a demo of Apex 4 software (exluding websheets) for the last couple of months. We are quite interested in using the Apex 4 within our company as (possibly) unstable product ASAP. However, our app needs huge amounts of data that I can't possibly upload at tryapexnow.com. I do understand that, at this time, Apex isn't production ready and you guys aren't willing to provide it. Is it possible to make the software available for download? We will upgrade/reinstall the software when the production ready version is available. Also, while I did read (in other places) why you don't want to reveal the date of availability of Apex 4, it will be nice to know some approximate time of availability. This will help us in some project decisions. Could you please provide the details (and the unstable version of the software)? Thank you.
