Apex 4.2 Text Field Label Formating

Hi All, need your help.

In Apex 4.0 I was able to format label and display it in different colors as an example:

Name<span style="color:red;"> (Last, First Mid)</span>

Now in 4.2 it shows me only <b>Name</b> ignoring totally the span and the text inside

Oracle 11g
Apex 4.2.0.00.27
Theme: Productivity Applications 26
