Apex 4.2 Copy a page with HTML5 graph

Hi,

I have created a page with two HTML5 graphs with a mobile user interface. When I try to "create new page as copy" I get message:
A page containing a Flash Chart can only be copied to a page with a Desktop user interface.

Not sure if this is intentional or a bug ?
