APEX 4.2.5 Two Horizontal Scroll Bars Issue

David LongakerJun 17 2015 — edited Jun 25 2015

Hello everyone,

I am fairly new to Oracle Application Express. My application has a few pages that are Tabular Forms. I am using the Tabular Forms to mimic using Microsoft Excel in that the user can add/delete rows with columns of data.

I am using a SQL Query (updateable report) but I have too many columns to fit on one screen. I am using <div style="overflow:auto;"> in the Region Header and </div> in the Region Footer. This gives me a scroll bar under the report region. My problem is that I also have an Internet Explorer window scroll bar that just scrolls over outside of the page and in to white space. Please note my two attached pictures: APEX Scrollbars.png and APEX Scrollbars2.png.

The templates I am using from Theme 26. Productivity Applications are:

Page - One Level Tabs - No Sidebar

     Region - Reports Region

     Label - Optional

     Button - Button

     Report - Standard

Has anyone encountered something like this before and know of a fix to this problem?

Thanks for the help,

David
