apex 4.1 load data Transformation rules

I'm looking for any explanation of using transformation rules (kind of sample rule or application) in load data wizard implemented in apex 4.1, so far only found this:

but no sample transformations here.
Most of blogs only give some basic info about build in rules like :
http://orclapex.blogspot.com/2011/08/apexoraclecom-upgraded-to-41.html
but nothing so far about putting data in 'Transformation rule 1' and 'Transformation rule 2' fields.
Anyone experienced in this ?
