Apex 4.0 datepicker for arabic (hijra) calendar problem

JozisOct 9 2010 — edited Oct 24 2010
Hi,
I am trying to use the new datepicker with arabic (hijra) calendar.
My calendar is set to nls_calendar=''Arabic Hijrah'.

Years and weekday names are displayed correctly. Problem starts with month names - they are actually gregorian names (Jan, Feb....) but only in arabic.
Dates are correct only if I scroll the datepicker to the correct gregorian month.
For example, current Hijra month is 11 (Dhu al Qada) but date picker is showing November in arabic. But the Hijra dates are corect for October.

I cannot use the Classic date picker as well - it shows the all the names correctly but the years are limited so that correct Hijra year cannot be displayed.

How can I correct the month names for the new date picker? Please, any ideas!

Janis
