Apex 3 keeps crashing

Hi,

You've probably all noticed that the OTN site seems to crash (sorry, "Service Temporarily Unavailable") on a daily basis. We're experiencing the same problem with our own v3 installation.

Is there a known reason and, if so, is there any fix?
