APEX 3.1 - Interactive Report - IO Error when generating chart

Hi,
We have just upgraded to Apex 3.1 and I've been having a look around interactive reports ( very nice btw!! :) ).
The only thing is, we have run into a little problem - whenever I try to create a chart from an interactive report, I get no chart shown, just a message sayin "IO Error".

Can anyone shed any light on what might be causing this? (and even better, a way to fix it! :) )
