APEX 24 & ORDS 21 installation question

I am installing APEX 24 to oracle DB and ORDS 21 to server that has weblogic.

because of JAVA issue on Weblogic Server , we needed to install ORDS 21 instead of 24. (backward compatibility)

As I going through ORDS installation, I think i missed few steps , and wondering how to uninstall the ORDS and and doing it over again.

ANy idea?~
