apex_24.2.zip changed - any fix necessary?

Hi,

we downloaded apex_24.2.zip on 16.01.2025 and installed this version in unattended mode. Now i see that there was a problem with the installer (Bug 37467375) and the zip was replaced on 23.01.2025. I compared the content of the two files and there are a lot of differences, especially packages and applications (mostly new ids - i think this is not a problem).

Are there any steps necessary to fix this installation or is this situation caught by the patchset bundle?
