We are currently attempting to update our APEX instance to version 24.2 from 23.1. However, during the update process via the Administrative Services interface, we encounter a warning icon, and the option to proceed with the update is not visible.
We would like to understand the possible causes of this issue and the appropriate steps to resolve it. Specifically, we are looking for guidance on:
