APEX 24.2 & OCI

According to the update page: https://apex.oracle.com/en/platform/apex-oracle-cloud/cloud-updates/

All OCI databases should have 24.2 available. The two OCI databases I have are still 24.1.7 with no upgrade option available (says the System is up to date as of this morning). Is anyone else seeing the upgrade option?
