Before i pose my probleme i would like to share the setup & configuration :
Server type => Local Server.
Database version => 19C 3.0.0.0
APEX VERSION => 23.2
ORDS version => 23.4
_ i've also enabled ACL NETWORKS to utl_https and apex_web_service.
_ Also installed oracle wallet with Openssl instead of Orapki from this github repository
oracle-ca-wallet-creator
( https work fine with apex_web_service and utl_https)
_ i would like to mention that the network security collegue gave me two links
the local one http://app.localdomain:8687/ords/_/
and the secured external link https://app.localdomain:8688/ords/_/
i'm behind fortigate firewall (WAF) that i can see the REMOTE_ADDR = 192.168.0.251
I'm having problem with PWA push notification. it gives me
“ora-29019: The protocol version is incorrect”.
I really don't know how to solve this issue. Please help me on this.
