I am getting an error when trying to claim the task.

select task_Id,detail_pk,task_def_name,due_on from apex_tasks where task_id =306584195977977031
I have updated retention period 30 days . Not sure why task is not working if we trying to update after 1 day
Can someone help me with this ?
