Hi, Apex experts,
When testing Apex 23.1 Push Notifications in OCI ADB with Apex workload, I saw this error: ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL) in “select * from apex_push_notifications_queue”.

It seems many people have the same issue with OCI, Vincent Morneau hasn't responded for a week now. DO you know any updates/resolutions?
