APEX 23.1 Object Browser - cannot see type body definition

I am trying out APEX 23.1 on apex.oracle.com. In my database I have a database type with a body. However, I cannot see the body definition from the Object Browser, only the specification.

Similarly, the Download button only downloads the specification. A workaround is to use SQL Commands and select the text from USER_SOURCE.
