Apex 21.2: great feature page component positioning system - Position Page Components Anywhere

hi all,
i knew there is no public release yet of this version, i am working on apex.oracle.com and they have upgraded to this, so, i can test there.
i found a very short video on youtube which just inform about this feature (around 2 mins only)
Getting Started with the New Page Component Positions in Oracle APEX (0 Bytes)i want some guides for this great feature if someone know, please share the link(s).
official office hours for apex 21.2 (includes this feature) will be held on November 4, 2021.
