Dears,
after upgrade to 21.2.1
problem appear in all interactive grids with love column have parent .. all the page item to submit show the following error.
Ajax call returned server error ORA-20987: APEX - ERR-1002 Unable to find item ID for item . for ajax_set_session_state.

I notice this after apply the patch 1
