Using the Top Navigation Menu list template does not display the desktop navigation menu correctly after minimizing and maximizing the browser in APEX 21.1.
Steps to reproduce: 1.) Navigate to the demo app: https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/sonny_vang/r/demo/login 2.) Log-in the following demo account: Username: demo Password: demo1234 3.) After logging in, make a note/screenshot of the number of menus that is currently visible on your browser screen size. Example: 4.) Minimize the browser, note that the menu will resize to fit to the current screen size. Example: 5.) Now maximize the browser, note that the menu does not resize to fit to the current screen size. All of the other menu are show in the menu list on the right side of the screen. Example: 6.) Each time the browser is minimize and maximize, the menu will be removed from the navigation bar and it will show up the the navigation drop down list. Example:
