APEX 21.1: Colours of GANTT-Chart are not correctly fading in

If the animation property for a GANTT chart is activated, occasionally the colours are not correctly fading in. I'm using APEX 21.1.4.
Reproduce:
Select a GANTT chart and change the attribute "Animation"-"On Display" to "Automatic". Now refresh several times the page, in random order the display will look like this:
