Problem:
When I try to create a record I get the error "ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace 'SYSTEM'".
Background
Have another workspace created before the release of 21.1.2 and don't have the problem saving on that workspace.
This workspace was created after the release of 21.1.2.
I cannot identify how to resolve this. All solutions I find rely on using PL/SQL but I am using this online.

Indicate a link to a possible explanation why this has not occurred previously, ie what could I have done differently to create this problem?
