I am testing the new Features - Tree region type has been enhanced to support lazy loading and refresh without having to reload the full page using the "APEX 20.2 Pre-Production on apex.oracle.com"
I have add a dynamic action when “Dialog Close” - Action Refresh Tree Region – Meaning any time I close the dialog box after inserting, updating or deleting a record, the tree region is automatically refreshed.
• Create record and close the dialog – The Tree refresh works perfectly
• Update record and close the dialog – The Tree refresh works doesn't work
• Delete record and close the dialog – The Tree refresh works doesn't work
