Apex 20.2: can i copy / import a Page from one workspace to another?

two requirements but related.

  1. what if i want to copy / import a Page created in a WS 'abc' into WS 'xyz'? Apex ver. are same.
    is there any possibility? if it is, how to?
  2. what if source ver. is 19.2 and target ver. is 20.2? means versions are different.
    please help.
