Apex 2.1. LDAP Authent Error ORA-31204: DBMS_LDAP: PL/SQL - Invalid LDAP Session.

Hi,
i use LDAP Authen in APEX for more then 5 Years :-)
Since today (and i did not change anything, like always ...) i get a
ORA-31204: DBMS_LDAP: PL/SQL - Invalid LDAP Session.
When i try to connect with dbms_ldap, i have no problems, so AD seems ok.
Can i trace what APEX does ?
