@"Hilary Farrell-Oracle" In order to upgrade an APEX 19.1 instance to 19.2 with the latest patches applied, do we need to apply the base 19.2.0.00.18 release and then apply the PSE bundle? Or has the 19.2.0.00.18 download been updated to include the patches in the PSE?
